Back to School: New York preparing for Fall 2010

Check out this article featured in The New York Times about undergrads attending school in the big apple. Great article for insight into college in the big city. Makes mention of one student transferring after she calculated her student loan debt if she continued, probably a smart move. The article points out that even though there are over 8 million people in the metropolis, undergrads still deal with loneliness and isolation in a city full of adults.

This is why, I am glad that I don’t go to any school in New York or live there. 64,000 students & still more coming. A chaotic city like New York, of course a student won’t be able to enjoy a normal college life experience. It is inevitable that most of them will be carried away with NY’s lifestyle & lose their identities as a person. Nice article.
