Revolution of Technology

Nice article I picked up at the Center for College Affordability and Productivity. It hits on the need for higher education to embrace technology and acknowledges the “gap between those who have grown up using digital tools and those who have not.” Higher Ed needs drive costs down for students by adopting technology to solve ongoing data management issues such as class registration, billing, financial aid processing and keeping the costs of books reasonable. In the age of the internet, schools still force students to buy expensive textbooks that waste paper when the same info should be made available online.
